MEDICATION AT SCHOOL
If your child requires oral and/or topical medication at any time during the school day, the following requirements must be observed:
A 'Request for Administration of Medication at School' Card, signed by the prescribing physician, must be received by the school. Only prescription medications will be administered. No Tylenol, Benedryl or over the counter remedies can be administered by the school. Medication must be in its original container from the Pharmacy. Medication will be administered by school staff. The appropriate staff must be informed if medication is brought to school.
