A few bits for the week…
We are excited to have Miss Cristin La Fortune take on some of the teaching duties in the classroom as part of her practicum starting next week. Cristin will be with us until mid-May. Here is a little more about Cristin.
Thanks to Shawna Lynch for another great virtual story/puppet show! We would be happy to have more of those come in.
Two permission forms went home this week: one for morning walks starting next Thursday and one for our bus trip to PKOLS (Mount Doug Park) coming up on the 20th. Thanks, anyone who has already returned them. Please sign and return both forms as soon as possible.
Next Wednesday, our class will have a painting session with artsREACH. Thank you to you, as members of the PAC, for supporting this fun activity!
Brentwood Eagles are excited to support Stelly's annual "Fill the Hive" food drive! Students are asked to bring in non-perishable food items or monetary donations for the Saanich Peninsula Lions Food Bank by April 20. High demand items include canned fruits/vegetables, pasta, sauce, and school snacks. Donations may start coming in on Monday, April 11th. Thank you for your support!
