A few bits for the week...
We started our neighbourhood walks today. Thanks everyone, for arriving on time. We just did a short walk today to get used to some new rules. Next week, parents are welcome to join us if they have their Criminal Record Checks (CRC) filed at the school office. If you are interested in getting your CRC so you can join us, check this district link.
We had a special visit from indigenous carver, Perry La Fortune today. Ask your littles about carving and any new words they remember! Big thanks to our guest and to Miss La Fortune for introducing us to her dad!
If you have not already sent inside shoes and spare clothes back to school, please do so ASAP. We still have a lot of mud on the grounds.
Brentwood Eagles are excited to support Stelly's annual "Fill the Hive" Food Drive! Students are asked to bring in non-perishable food items or monetary donations for the Saanich Peninsula Lions Food Bank by April 20. High demand items include canned fruits/vegetables, pasta, sauce, and school snacks. Thank you for your support!
Sharing/Special helpers next week will be Camilo, Cooper, Duke, and Emmika.
