A few bits for the week...
- No school Monday.
- We ran out of time today so we didn't get our spelling test done. Instead, we will have it next Tuesday, May 5th.
- Next Tuesday afternoon, we will have an author visit from Jordan Stratford. Mr. Stratford is a resident of Saltspring Island and wrote the book series we are currently using for our novel study, The Wollstonecraft Detective Agency: The Case of the Missing Moonstone. Ask your child what he/she thinks of the book so far! More about how Jordan Stratford got his start here.
- Cross-country season is officially over. Congratulations to all our runners and thank you to all you parents who made it possible for them to come out! I hope to see you all out again next year!
