Hello parents.

The week is off to a great start with our visit to the Victoria Symphony yesterday.  We travelled to UVIC to enjoy the symphony...ask your child about this and what they thought of the music and dancing.  This week is also proving to be another busy one, with a major focus on our research inquiry projects.  We are also working on finishing up our budget posters in math and our personal narratives in language arts.

Parent-teacher interviews will be held on Wednesday, March 7th. Today, I sent out emails to those of you who I would like to meet with to discuss your child's progress.  If you did not receive a request for an interview, you are still welcome to sign up for an interview if you wish to discuss your child's progress.  Everyone should have received an email with the link to sign up.   I will also be having a student led open house on Wednesday, March 14th.  This will be a drop in style open house where your child will be required to show you around the classroom and go over their work with you.  More details with times will follow.

Below is our schedule and reminders for the week.

WritingThis week students will work on the final stage of their personal narratives with the goal of printing the final copy.
