Hello everyone,
A big thank you for having extra clothes for your child for our really wet, rainy days this week. It has definitely been boot and rain coat weather! Just a reminder to put your child's initials or names in their clothing so they get it returned to them.
Pet/Vet Center: Thank you for the materials that have been sent in. The children have been enjoying playing in it. Feel free to send in more boxes, paper towel rolls, toilet paper rolls, empty Kleenex boxes, etc. It is wonderful seeing what they can create with it.
Sharing: Favourite Book or Story - Please discuss with them why it is their favourite as they will share this with the class. I hope to read favourite parts of the story or the whole story depending on its length. Or, if your child feels comfortable, they can read the pictures to us and retell the story. The book will be sent home the same day.
Fresh Grade: I am hoping to send out parent invites this week. If you haven't received it by Friday, please let me know.
Calendar Reminders:
November 24 is a Non-instructional day so no school for students
November 27 - Photo retakes due into the office or order online
November 29 is Popcorn day - please see the PAC website to order
November 30, Dec 1 - Pointsetta pickup in the gym
December 1 - Friday am Parent Reading 8:40 - 9:00
