A few bits for the week...
Today, we had our Terry Fox Run. Ask your child about Terry. Thanks for the twoonies!
This week our class began an inquiry into Fall with Brentwood's Teacher-Librarian, Mrs. Bales. We are investigating “How do we know it's Fall?”
Sharing next week is Tuesday – Oliver, Wednesday – Samantha, Thursday –Sasha, and Friday – Sawyer .
Next Wednesday, Oct.12th is Popcorn Day! 50¢ each or $4 for the year. Only one bag per student and we do not allow friends to buy for friends as some parents do not wish their child(ren) to participate. If you are electing not to participate, please talk to your child so they understand why they are not receiving any on Wednesday.
Thank you to Mrs. Addlestone and Mrs. Parlby for bringing in some enormous tadpoles for the class! And thanks to Mrs. Robinson for painting up a groovy raccoon for a game we will learn next week!
