A few bits for the week...
Ask your child about the two field trips we went on this week, “Once Upon a Time” at Parkland Secondary and our Community Walk-About.
Next Monday, Science Venture is coming to present P.A.W.S (Properties of Air, Water, and Soil), a workshop full of demonstrations, challenges, and hands-on experiments.
Next Tuesday, May 17th, we will be taking a bus to see Sidney School's presentation of “The Lion King”. Next Friday, May 20th, we will be taking a bus to Victoria to visit the Bug Zoo. Thank you to those who have already sent in permission forms.
This month, Brentwood has been celebrating “Aboriginal Month” with special activities on Wednesdays. Ask your child what he/she has learned about our local First Nations so far.
Fun Lunch is next Wednesday, May 18th.
