A few bits for the week...
Thank you to all the families that made it in for conferences. For those we have not yet seen, please remember, we are happy to schedule other times that work better for you. Please contact us if you would like to talk about your baby.
Congratulations to Isaac who reached 100% on his Reflex Math for Multiplying and Dividing 0-12. Isaac practises more than 3 times a week. Remind your child to practise at least 3 times per week!
Next week, from Tuesday to Thursday, our class will have 3 special afternoon sessions with Story Studio Writing Society. Each child will be creating his/her own illustrated story. Please check your schedules for next week as it will be important not to miss a session. We would like everyone to take home their very own book! If you would like more details, check out http://www.storystudio.ca/.
Please remember, homework books come home today (Fridays) and return on Thursdays (test day). I notice on the homework sheets, there are not enough columns for the categories. I'll try to remedy that for next week but in the meantime, just fit them on the sheet however you can or use a separate sheet of paper. Thanks for your patience. Spelling words this week are below (guide words are in bold print).
