Hello everyone,

Last week we had Constable Davies come and visit us and tell us how the police help us in the community, show us some tools they use and sat in the police car! Very excting!

Our butterflies emerged and we released them to nature. We have one left and will release it this week.

Sharing: It was fun to hear the healthy and treat foods the children liked. Many liked watermelon and ice cream - good thing summer is nearly here to enjoy them both!   This week sharing is FREE CHOICE - if your child is bringing in an item, please have them bring it in a ziploc or plastic bag.

Supporting Emotional Balance: The District and COPACS are pleased to be able to offer a parent evening on Supporting Emotional Balance on June 9. David Segal will be leading the virtual session. David is the Executive Director of Human Nature Counselling Society. He will be focusing on strategies and approaches to supporting children and youth--and ourselves--during these uncertain times. Please see the attached poster to register.     https://brentwood.sd63.bc.ca/pluginfile.php/13/mod_forum/attachment/2109/Supporting%20Emotional%20Balance.pdf
