Hello everyone,
I hope your child shared their marble maze with you. They had fun designing it, building it and problem solving to make the marble go where they wanted it too. Engineers in the making!
Sharing: Always fun to see the different objects the children share with one another. They did a great job! Next week sharing will be a place that your child likes to visit in the community and why they like it. It could be a beach, playground, picking up a favourite treat from the Emporium, a favourite park...where ever they like to go. (Friday sharers, please choose another day to share)
On Wednesday, we will be have Science Ventures visiting us digitally to offer a presentation and science experiments with Matter.
The last few weeks, Miss Brown our Librarian, has been teaching the children about Digital Literacy and how to be safe when using technology. On Friday, your child brought home a colouring book to finish at home which had characters from the presentation. Many knew a lot of how to ask parent permission, visit safe web sites, chat with people they knew as well as we discussed Pause, Breathe & Finish Up when asked to get off technology. Ask them about it.
