Welcome back. I hope you all had a lovely break! Here's a few bits for our first week of 2017!
- On Monday, January 16th, we are hoping to go skating with the kindergartens next door. Notices went home this week so check those backpacks if you haven't seen it yet. We will need parent drivers for this trip and if we don't get enough, it cannot go ahead so please consider helping out if you can. In order to drive other people's children you must have a Criminal Record Check on file with the office. If you don't already have one, it is probably too late but worth getting the process started for the next time. I believe they are good for two years.
- To those who have signed up for the Creating Community of Readers Program, the first workshop will take place at 7pm in the Multipurpose room, at Brentwood Elementary, on Monday, January 9th. If you have not filled in a consent form and/or a questionnaire, you are welcome to come 15 minutes early and you can do so then.
- For those of you who like to do the homework calendar with your child, here is January!
- Sharing next week is Monday – Cole, Tuesday – Daphne, Wednesday – Ella, Thursday – Elizabeth, and Friday – Hunter.
