A few bits for the week...
- My apologies, I just discovered the PAC poinsettia fundraiser forms today. If you are interested, you'll have to get on it today! Orders are due November 10th at 8 pm (online and paper). Place your orders at https://brentwoodbay.growingsmilesfundraising.com/home
- We have been talking about Peace and gratitude this week. We tend to stay away from the grittier topics of war, but the children did watch a presentation and engage in discussion about Remembrance Day and the reason for poppies. The children asked about the people in the presentation, "Did they die?", so we discussed that gently too. Please take the time to talk to your child(ren) about your families beliefs and check on their feelings about the presentation.
- Please make sure your child has clothes appropriate for the weather. We go outside even on the rainiest days and some children without coats and boots are coming in soaked. We live on the wet coast, so better to learn to be prepared.
- Sharing next week will be Jacob on Monday, Jaxon on Tuesday, Lily on Wednesday, RIver on Thursday, and Tyler on Friday.
