Dear Brentwood Eagle Families
We wanted to connect with you about school supply pick up. This only applies to those students who are continuing with remote learning. Students attending in-person will be given their supplies on a day that they are attending to bring home. Information about Report Card pick up will come next week.
Our supply pick up will be a drive through system. Families will drive in to our drop off zone, and a staff member will greet them. The family will say the child's name and and the staff member will gather the supplies and return them to the car.
If your child has school items such as library books or home reading books, these can also be returned at this time. If your child has lost library books, we will not be able to accept cash for these payments. Please instead make a cheque payable to SD63 in the amount owing for the book.
Our schedule for supply pick up will be as follows:
- June 12- 9:00am-1:00pm Divisions 1-8
- June 19- 9:00am-1:00pm Divisions 9-16
