Hello everyone,
Just some house keeping info and dates to remember :
Coupon Books are due tomorrow October 7th.
Cheques can be made out to Brentwood PAC. Please keep in mind when
sending cheques for anything that they may take a while to be cashed as
we don't deposit them everyday.
Popcorn money is due ASAP if
you are paying for the year in advance..so please submit your child's
money either to the teacher or put in the silver PAC box. Children can
also bring money on popcorn day. The next popcorn day is Wednesday October 12th. If anyone wants to help or learn how to do it you can come anytime from 8-11am on popcorn day.
Paper ordering for Fun Lunch (Wednesday October 19th) is now closed and online ordering ends tomorrow Friday Oct 7th @9pm.
If anyone would like to help please let Emma Shearing know emmajayne@shaw.ca . Helpers are needed after drop off or for delivery from 11-about 11:45 on fun lunch day.
Family dance is coming up Wednesday October 26th 5-7pm.
Keep in mind this is a fundraiser as we need to raise $2700 to keep
Refelx math going so donations are welcome but not mandatory. There will
be a concession with a wide selection but no dinner type foods. We will
also be raffling off delicious cupcakes made by Amanda Beck. It is a
halloween dance so if children want to come in costume that is great!
