Hello Brentwood Eagle Families,
We are excited to share more information about 2 special events happening this week in our school.
October 28- Eagle Convocation
Our Brentwood Eagles are looking forward to the first Eagle Convocation of the year! For those who are new to Brentwood, an Eagle Convocation occurs each month. It is a multi-age learning opportunity for all of our students. Each child is assigned to a Eagle Family-- we have 15 families in total. Our PAC generously supports the purchase of Eagle Family t-shirts so that each child has a shirt in their Eagle Family colour. If you have a shirt from last year, please ask your child to wear it on Thursday. We will be giving out new Eagle shirts on Thursday as well and are looking forward to getting to know our Eagle Families!
October 29- Dress Up Day
On Friday, we invite children to wear one of the following options-- Eagle shirts, Orange and Black, or Costumes. We will have a dance party at the afternoon recesses on our blacktop which should be fun! A reminder-- face masks remain a part of our communicable diseases plan and are still to be worn this day. Costume masks as well as scary make up (blood, scars, etc) and any costume accessories should remain at home on this day.
