Hello Brentwood Eagle Families,
Next week, we will be having our early closure days on October 20 and 21 at 1:48pm each day. Busses will also run early on these days.
On or around these days, teachers will be connecting with families about options for scheduling term 1 conferences. In-person and virtual (MS Teams or phone call) options are available so that the conferences can occur in the best possible way for your family. Your child's teacher will be in touch with you in the coming days to make arrangements.
When arriving for in-person conferences, your teacher will direct you which door to enter and exit. Please arrive just on time for your conference, and be mindful to avoid crowding while waiting. Each adult attending the conference will wear a mask and sign in for contact tracing with the teacher. Please note that if you have more than one eagle, you will need to sign up for separate times and enter and exit and complete contact tracing forms with each teacher. Adults too are responsible to complete the daily health check-- if you are unwell on the day of your scheduled conference, please email your child's teacher to reschedule.
