Attached, please find the daily health check form. Please be sure to go through this health check each day before coming to school. A reminder that due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, all students and staff must complete this health check daily. We will also be providing students with 2 paper copies (one to keep, one to return) in our school start up package next week.
