Hello Brentwood Eagle Families,
Our staff met today to connect and reschedule some dates missed during recent time away from school. Our focus on learning remains integral to our planning and uninterrupted class time is a priority as learning communities re-establish. The calendar updates we are pleased to share with you at this time are:
- Eagle Shirt Spirit day - Nov 22 - All Brentwood Eagles are encouraged to show their pride and wear Eagle shirts to show how much we love our school!
- Photo Re-take Day - Nov 27-
- Early Closure, 1:48 pm - Dec 4 & Dec 5- Some classes have already had fall conferences, but if you have not, you will hear in the next few days from your child's teacher about conference times. These early closures have also been arranged with transportation, so if your child busses, they will be picked up one hour early on these days.
- Report Cards home by Dec 19
- PJ Day - Dec 20 -
- Winter Concert - Jan 23 - Thanks to support from our PAC, our children are able to participate in an Artist in Residence Music program with Gill Chater, retired Music specialist teacher, formerly of Brentwood! In order to allow sufficient time for children to prepare for the performance, we need to move our concert to this date. There will be 2 shows-- one afternoon show, and one evening show. We kindly ask you attend one show only to allow all families a chance to see their children perform. More details to come after the winter break.
