Hello Brentwood Eagle families!
We are so excited to welcome the Brentwood Community back to school on September 3rd!
Please note, September 3rd is for Grade 1-5 students from 8:40am-10:15am. Regular school hours 8:40am-2:48pm will commence on September 4th. Please do not bring school supplies until your child is in their new class.
Gradual Entry will begin for Kindergarten students on Wednesday, September 4th. Please refer to the schedule you have received by mail about your specific times. If you have questions about this schedule, please email our secretary, Lyn Stewart, at lstewart@saanichschools.ca.
If you are new to Brentwood (Grade 1-5), please proceed to the office on September 3rd to be directed to your child's temporary class. On the first day at school, we will provide more information about the best place for your child to line up each morning.
We are hopeful to have all children in their new classes for the 2019-2020 school year by the end of the first week. We appreciate your patience and understanding as we ensure our final numbers and build successful learning communities for all of our students. This is an exciting time for everyone, and will move to new classes as soon as is possible.
Physical Activity is important to us, and we want to ensure all kids have equal access to these opportunities. We believe in integrating physical activity throughout the day, in ways that benefit all of our students. As such, we will no longer be scheduling "Action Morning."
