We are now in the process of updating our current goals and school plan for the following school year. Our school goals are:
1) Literacy with a focus on writing
2) Math
3) Healthy choices
Please provide us with feedback on our School Plan for the 2010-2011 school year. You can download the School Plan from our school website and either email us your comments or print out the following form and send it into the school office.

Cross Country

  Teachers are once again sponsoring Cross Country for students in grades 3, 4 & 5. Our practices are on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 11:05 am. Our route goes from the school down Wallace Drive, up Marchant, up Knute Way and then back onto the school grounds. We will need parent support in monitoring the students as they run. The Cross Country meets are on Wednesdays on the dates listed below. Parents are responsible for arranging rides for their child to and from the meets. We will begin practices on Tues. March 23rd.
Wed. April 14 at Beaver Lake
Wed. April 21st at Centennial Park
Wed. April 28th at Centennial Park

Bottle Drive for Haiti

  Thank you for all of your support for the bottle drive. We collected over $600 worth of bottles to support victims of the recent earthquake in Haiti. This really demonstrates the importance of our Brentwood belief of "taking care of others."

Accidents Do Happen

(effective September 1, 2009)

The school district does not insure expenses for student injuries that happen on school grounds or during school activities. You are responsible for these expenses as a parent or guardian. However, the school district provides the opportunity for families to voluntarily purchase private accident insurance through the Reliable Life Insurance Company. Brochures are distributed to students in September and are available from the school office at any time during the year. The information can also be viewed on-line at:
